BG-Minny Tickets.....

Post by Falconboy »

Athletic Office will be open on Mon. 9am to 1pm. for anyone still needing to get tix. Apparently tix are going fast. If the stadium map is any indication , much of the West stands are sold out. The cursor shows the ticket prices and a photo view of the field from the stands for sections that have tickets left apparently.

Use promo code SAMSCLUB if ordering online for a few bucks off. I got three bench seats in the West stands for 10.25 each ($9+ a $1.25 "fee")

Flip, Did it give you specific seats? When I finally got back this evening, the first thing I did was go on-line an buy ten tix. I used my MARATHON promo code. It let me pick a section (I chose upper level 11), but my receipt just shows my price type as "Group 50+" and level, section, row, seat are all blank. I have to pick them up at will call. But if the ticket office is open Monday, I might run over and see if I can pick them up then.

But wondering what you were assigned for seats when you used the promo code...

I also picked up mine earlier today and got Sect. 15A row 30. I believe sect.15A are the new seats in all orange on the BG side.

Got my tickets early Monday afternoon -- plenty of good seats left -- especially on the east side. By the way, why the heck are last year's volleyball and basketball ticket murals still hanging on Memorial Hall?

I personally have no idea, but i was wondering what if there is a big turn out for the game by students and they were close to being sold out? Late night game, OSU will be done playing already, i dont see why students would come out in droves. What would happen, just pile in? Gosh, i wish that was a problem every week

I would love to see some fantastic weather and a sellout. Then a victory. That would lead to good attendance all season long. Put it in these freshman's heads that we sellout football games :)
