Evidently Hodges and Lorenzi are being charged with "Misuse of Credit Card" which is a 1st degree misdemeanor, and Geter is being charged with "Complicity" which is also a 1st degree misdeamor.
Looks like their court case is scheduled for tomorrow, 9/3 at 10am in the BG Municipal Court.
