Great atmosphere

I know the loss sucked last night but what an atmosphere for the game. Students were getting there in droves over an hour before the game, the place was packed and rocking. Even as friends and I left after the game people were talking about how much fun they had, which means even with a loss maybe we hooked some casual fans to come back.

The only down side was the idiot students who were throwing the seat cushions

i was really getting sick of that. No need for it. Also pissed me off when the students were chanting F*** Minnesota, and well the other chants that used the F word. I asked one student if it was necessary he said, "yes it is, we are students and that is what we do."

That was the first thing I heard when I walked into the stadium. I saw a friend of mine basically leading the chant and said "Really? Way to go. Our chance to prove we're a classy bunch in front of a national TV audience and with a B11 team in our house and that's what we do?"

I was pretty happy with the fact that even after that game, a big "BG-SU" chant went up as Junction was closing last night.
