Well, I think he's worser than your grammar.OSUFALCON wrote:I think he is worst than the team.Flipper wrote:Referred to the Gophers as "Minneapolis" instead of Minnesota a number of times and he botched the 50/50 number. I know I'm forgetting a few...
Maybe we should start a weekly thread devoted to his miscues....

Is one booth only for will call?factman wrote:Why was only one ticket booth open on the east side? There was a line nearly 100 yards long, 45 minutes before the game.
But it was bad on the West side too. I waited for over an hour in line and they had one window open in each booth even though there was two guys in the booth I went too.
Also, one of the guys in line was getting pissed so he went up to the booth to ask when they were going to start selling the tickets. The guy reportedly replied, "we hope to start selling at 5:30." It was 5:41 at the time.

Thanks, that's what I thought. Someone needs to send that guy a tape of each player pronouncing his own name!Warthog wrote:Per the weekly notes, the pronunciation is HAIN-line.Falcon Fanatic wrote:Is it pronounced "Haneline" with a long A or "Henline" with a short e? "Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
