I don't think we get the kind of sh*t that was going on last week between Panther whatever and the other bozo during UT/BG game week even. And these guys root for the same team! We need to step up our game, RUIT. How's this:

I agree, GhostTown56. I think the overwhelming majority of us know how difficult it is to win at Boise, not so much that BG can't hang with the Broncos. You guys are 59 and freakin' 2 in the last 61 games on the smuf turf. That is nealry a 97% winning percentage...and I know of the "big boys" that have ventured in there only to get whipped. I have our game on tape from 2005 and it wasn't pretty.
IF BG can protect the football, we can win. I'm more confident at this point than I was a few days ago but the fact remains this is our biggest challenge of the year, IMO. I have a ton of respect for BSU and the program you've built out there. I tell my sons all the time how I'd like to see BGSU become the Boise State of the Midwest.
At any rate, I know the Falcons can win this game. But I also know the odds are definitely stacked against us. I've been told I wear orange glasses too much so I'm just trying to be objective.
Here's to a great game...and two teams having great seasons. As non BCS programs, we have a lot in common.

What is crazy is that BSU should have beat Boston College in the bowl game (turn over in the endzone very late in the game) and would be riding something like a 42 game home winning streak. They have had a couple of close games at home (Nevada and BYU come to mind), but most of the time, the Broncos blow teams out. Things get out of hand in a hurry in Bronco Stadium.
I predict...PIZZA!! I have no idea about the game as I have not seen Boozy play this year and we're looking a little schizo his year.
I think the score could be 35-28...but I don't know who will have the 35...I'm not even sure it will be this game that goes 35-28. It might be the OSU or UM games that go that way.
I think EMU might take Toledo this weekend though...

I don't think it would be...EMU is capable of beating any team in the MAC. I think we'll have our hands full with them as well.
But I am rooting for EMU to beat UT.
IMO, EMU is the easiest game on our schedule, other than maybe Kent State. They've played us pretty tough in recent years, but we've found a way to win in both 2006 and 2007. I'm just not impressed by Eastern, sure they beat up on that FCS team in the opener, but Michigan State took them behind the woodshed last week. Ah, we'll see how they do against Toledo.

Pretty funny.
