You really should check out utefans.net. Its good for the soul.

A couple tidbits. In this article, a writer is disgusted that UM "turned out" to be a carpetbagger. I've emailed him about that.

Second, here's the quote that leads off the whole site.

"First of all, I love it here. But I'm second fiddle. My family is No. 1, and they love it here. As long as we're filling the stadium, as long as we're continuing to grow as a program and as long as I feel these student-athletes are getting the best opportunity to be a top 25 program — which I think it is — I'm going to be the coach here." -- Urban Meyer, October 2004

Third, here's a fun link

Its deja vu all over again.

" Utah would be an ugly step-child. Or, even worse, an invisible one.
A prop. An afterthought. A forgotten role player. A cute little prelude to the bigger story here. A stooge in Florida's grand scheme. A . . . a . . .Bowling Green."

They still think they're better than us for taking Meyer? Granted, they caused us alot of agony (?) and hatred for taking him, but didn't they just get done the same way? They may be better off in the long run because of their new stadium, and wider fan base, but its funny that they can still laugh at us while they afterglow has yet to fade from Urban and UF's collective faces.

Utah fans, and the columnist I cited both strongly felt Urban should not coach Utah in the bowl game, but their AD has announced that the players wanted him to coach the team, and the AD has approved the request.
