And now the Troy Trojans are looking for a big upset... :-D

Yea, you can't win em all and you can't go to every national title game.

Hopefully it is the only loss this year but if OSU doesn't pick it up in a hurry then I sense a loss at Wisconsin.

Sounds like Pryor is going to get more playing time though which is exciting.

Tressel went to several title games at YSU that he didn't win...but He still won several as well. Oklahoma didn't win all of theirs, USC either.
If it were me, I'd be playing Pryor from now on. TB doesn't seem to have the presence that Pryor does...in the limited time I've seen him play. That kid could be something special. Since the redshirt is gone already, why not turn it over to him now?

That is what I think too but you know Tress is too loyal to his seniors no mater how bad they are.

I was a little angr that they kept puttin Boeckman in against USC. I wanted to see what the kid can do. Sadly, He has only taken 5% of the gametime snaps and I think he is already a better college QB than Boeckman. He sure as hell makes quicker decisions. If he needs to run then he tucks the ball and runs, Boeckman dances around pump fakes a few times and then goes down. I like what Pryor brings to the table. I understand he is going to make some freshman mistakes but it is better than a senior captain quarterback making freshman mistakes.
"Tress?" Are you sleeping with him or something? Good Lord!
I was feeling lazy and didn't want to type it out.

wager?

Pryor 4 passing touchdowns, 70 yards rushing. Think Minnesota can stop that?

Troy is better than Minnesota.

Yeah, if Minnesota wins, you leave this site forever.

That victory is entirely possible. I watched probably 2/3 of the game and was quite unimpressed with OSU. It seemed like the only player who was playing with 100% effort the entire game long was Pryor. Missed tackles left and right on defense, the D line seemed quite slower than normal at the snap, and the offense really looked lethargic. I remember when one of those receivers, either Robiske or Hartline and can't remember which one, was out in front. Pryor put the ball out in front of the receiver where it needed to be, but the receiver actually slowed down toward the ball and only put one hand up. That's completely a lack of effort. Had that receiver been playing as hard as Pryor, that would have been 6 points. Instead, it was a punt.

If OSU plays that way and if Minny plays the way they have been this season, Minny could easily roll out of Columbus with a multi-possession victory.

game on!

OSU by at least 14. Minnesota has a chance if Boeckman plays. If Pryor plays, game over. He earned trust, playbook will be more open for him this week.

Minnesota can win in CBus...but I'm not giving them a good chance. This OSU team, while seemingly underachieving, is still winning...and this is a home game.

I do think Minny's spread will give the OSU D headaches. MN is a much improved team but are they improved enough to steal a game in Cbus? Don't know about that...yet. Of course, MN has nothing to lose going into this game cuz very few will give them a chance. I think it will be interesting, to say the least.

Sounds like some aren't giving the Bucks a chance either, in their own house no less.

Yes Minnesota is improved they may move the ball but they still have a horrid defense. They are last against the pass, and still pretty bad against the run.

OSU is also much better than the way they have been playing. They will get over the hangover eventually and as Freak said they keep on winning. OSU looked sluggish in all of 2002 and won a national title.

While a national title is 99% likely not to happen, they can still win a Big Ten title and get to the Rose Bowl, while looking sluggish every week.

Pryor is only going to get better, and boy does he already look good! The playbook opens up more and more each week.

OSU killed Minnesota as I said they would if Pryor starts.

You can look at the score (knowing you probably didn't watch it) and think it was close...but what you didn't see was 2nd and third teamers on defense the entire 4th quarter giving Minnesota two touchdowns they wouldn't have had otherwise. 1st team v 1st OSU dominated them. Not even close.

Good day.

Watched a lot of the game between OSU and MN...this one wasn't close. Bucks were up 34-6 at one point. Pryor will be a stud for the next 4 years...if he stays. He's a freak and trust me...I know freaks.

MN didn't play nearly as well as I thought they could...OSU was simply much better today.

Suddenly, I am not so worried about MSU, Illinois or Wisconsin..

I am glad the Penn State is a home game, at least the Bucks will have a chance at home.
