yes, and that's one of the cons he has to weigh. I'm not here causing trouble, just offering my opinion. Sorry if I hurt your feelings.

I'm not trying to be overly harsh or anything...but the mere suggestion that a player would leave a successful team to sit out a year and then only play one more year is idiocy.

O great and merciful Omar......we know thou shalt stay. Humble us with your impossible statistics, amazing pocket presence, and flowing locks for two more years. To speak otherwise is HERESY, and violators will be severely punished...

yea I hope you guys understand that another very good Soph QB is at Florida in Chris Leak and so why would he transfer to a school and have to sit out for 2 years? Doesn't make any sense to me because Leak is familiar with the Florida players and thier offense so theres no way I could see Omar beating him out for the job. Omar will stay because we have a great team and he knows it'll get better as he ages.

Omar will not go to Florida. Had he not used his redshirt, I wouldn't be so confident.

He is not assured of playing and will not get the notice he will in the MAC. BG has great receivers (dispite the ridiculus ALL MAC Team) and since Brandon is staying, this is a system desgined to accomodate and showcase his talent.

I would be more worried about Omar graduating and leaving after next year since he will be a senior (academicaly next year). He would then be like big Ben.

Omar would have to have the same season and then some to leave early after next season...If he has that type of season, I think that a undefeated season and MAC Championship will ease the pain of Omar leaving...
