Well the pork butts have been on for about 45 mins now and the cooker is almost up to the target of 225*
Cannot wait to get out there and start tailgating tomorrow! Looks like we're going to have perfect fall football weather!

I love apple, but that's not what I used today. Today was a mixture about 50/50 hickory and peach. Peach is a very underrated smoke wood. More mild than apple, but still a touch of sweetness.zerothehero wrote:BG plays like a butt!
