Me and who else?

Granted, it's a guarded optimism, but eff it. Football season is only here for another couple months and then it's a LOOOOONGGGGG offseason. As piss-poor as the MAC East is, it's not too far-fetched to say that as many as three losses will still win the division. So we're just supposed to throw our hands up and wish away the time until basketball season (when a whole new round of mid-December bitching about Otis' foul trouble, Nate's free throw shooting, JJ's ball handling and Coach Orr's height starts and people can't wait for summer)? Not this Falcon.

The home games we've lost were mega-crappy, no doubt, but this trend of "fans" calling out fans who want to see what this team brings week in and week out and pull for a division championship is getting tiresome. Bitch about Brandon, bitch about Sheehan or Greg Christopher or the Boy Scout running the popcorn aisle, but who the hell gets off on ripping on fans of OUR university!?!?

I'm here. That makes 3, dude. :-D

Listen, we all know we lost a game we had no biz losing. It happens to the best teams...ala USC and Florida in case you forgot. Hell yes I am ticked we lost to EMU...but we still have SEVEN games, all conference games, to go. Do you realize (maybe you don't) how much football is left to be played? Do we have problems? Yes. Do things need to improve in certain areas? Absolutely.

Looking forward to the Falcon Flock heading over to our area Saturday for the Akron game. Love these 10 min drives to the Rubber Bowl.

RIP ZIPPY

Anybody seen an all stainless steel grill, slightly used, with cony dog sauce spilled all over the inside?

Ok, ok I must be in. I'm still here.

I need a good bike chain.

That royally sucks about your grill dude! We love to say that BG is a great small town and all, but the fact is we have to remember to put our stuff away if possible before the games. We've had a history of coolers, beer, food, etc getting stolen.

Hopefully it'll turn up, but I'm afraid that somebody decided they needed a new grill.

Count me in the club. I hearken back to what a great man once said...

"Over? Did you say over? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the German's bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no! And it ain't over now! Cause when the going gets tough.. The tough get goin'. Who's with me?"
