Can someone watching the game tell me if Toledo is playing well or if Michigan is just one of the worst teams in the country

I just got home and starting watching about 1/2 hour ago. In that time, the announcers have stated that UT is dominating play. Michigan's offense doesn't seem to be capable of doing anything and Opelt has thrown for 250 yards.

UT's only touchdown came on a 100 yard INT return. Michigan has only forced 2 3 and outs, while UT has forced 3.

INT for UT with 3:44 to go. Going to review right now. The INT should stand.

Wow. Michigan's got three time outs but it would take a catastrophic collapse for the Rockets to not win this game. Just wow.
