Welll..they're about to go ahead in this one, so maybe they aren't so terrible. Once again I have deleted the "other" thread you started that said pretty much the same thing as this one. Are you some sort of obsessive compulsive? You drift in here periodically and always start two very similar threads...do yo do a lot of other things in pairs?
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

As bad as we were in the first 3 quarters, we were that good in the 4th. If that team shows up consistently (no comments, please), then we will not lose a game the rest of this season.

Bad timing for this thread.

That's ALL I'm going to say about that.

Dude ... again ... nobody takes you seriously here. I read your "threads" you start and laugh at the stupidity. Its not that you've arrived at the conclusion that you have arrived at, that's fine, that's your opinion. It's that you provide absolutely no base for your opinions and you have the name "poorlycoachedbgsu", therefore you're immediately biased towards every situation involving the football team. So no ... I will not take your posts seriously ever until you provide a base for arguments and a username that doesn't immediately dictate what your post is going to read.

you want a base? how about a team returning 17 starters from a team that won 8 last year has the best D BGSU has fielded in years and a slew of talent on O and is barely beating crappy teams and losing to crappier teams. that, my friend, is bad coaching. period. they lucked out tonight. i am a fan but until we get a coaching staff that is consistent we will continue to struggle in games we should win going away. that is my base.

Thank you ... you FINALLY provided some sort of logical reasoning other than what has appeared to be a complete malice for the program. Now change your username and we'll be talking.

EDIT/Addition: I thoroughly disagree with you, however. I know that we aren't the best coached team, anybody can say that, but we are not a terrible football team. I think Brandon's got the team running in neutral right now, which is a hell of a lot better than going 2-10, 3-9 each year with a nice win once in a while (EMU), or sending a good program in clearly the wrong direction very quickly (Bill Stewart, WVU). But ... that's what this board is for, to facilitate good discussion over relevant topics, not to create an arguing match.

God forbid someone on this board would look at the positive aspects of the coaching tonight...clearly we made some major adjustments at halftime to pull this win out. This "W" was not handed to us and you cant expect any game in college football to be handed to you.

I have a question for all of you that are attacking the coaching right now. You say we have all the talent in the world but terrible coaching....ok, so maybe that is true...but does that mean our players just didn't feel like playing until the second half, or god forbid could our coaches have made the necessary adjustments at halftime to come out and put the ball in the endzone and keep the Zips out of the endzone? One thing I can promise you is that the players are out there fightin every play and they never gave up tonight, and THAT is something to be credited towards the coaches and the mindset they have these guys in....im not taking a stance on our coaching right now, but please...lighten the f**k up...

Positive thoughts are NOT allowed here!!!!! I don't give a rat's azz what poorlycoachedbgsu says. There is a half a season to go...and lo and behold, BG is in first in the East.

How were we supposed to win this game going away? BG was a ONE pt fave at Akron. We won by 4. If you were really a fan, you'd be a happy camper right now but no, you continue to bitch and moan. Get the F outta here.

Brandon can't win on this board. He wins a game he is put down for not winning by more, and last week was a good example what happens when he loses a game.
