Miami is scoring just 12 points per game vs. IA comeptition and has scored just 3 first quarter points all year long. They are also allowing 28 points, play a marshmallow soft zone defense that is perfect for the Falcons passing attack.

28-12 = 16 point cushion.

Shane being an idiot running bubble screens gives bg another 3-5 points.

Running option with a non option QB another 2-3 points.

Stupid penalties... 2-3 points.

I'd be shocked if the game is any closer that 28-14. I'd be more inclined to believe 42-13 BG.

The way BG has played at home this year, I wouldn't bet cigarettes on them if I was in jail.

Betting on BG games this year is downright retarded.

And Gregg Brandon coaching a team at home against an opponent that is certainly overmatched ...21-24 points.

That's makes it a toss-up.

A few years ago S.I. (I think) did a piece about how the smart gamblers bet the less noticed schools, like the MAC, IVY, Sun Belt etc.

The reason is, the new man in the sportsbook office gets assigned the BG-MU game because the book won't see that much action, while the wise old pro is setting the line for MO-TX.

So there are some really sharp cats in LV who know more about MAC football than anyone in OH, IN or MI.

That kind of makes sense.

I can't bet on BG. Just watching the game gives me the cold sweats. If I thought I'd win or lose C on the outcome I'd probably vapor lock.

Go BG! Beat MU by 13 or 1, just beat them!

I have been watching Miami's offense for every game but one this year. We can't move the ball on teams that rush 5+ guys on any one play.

We have four... yes FOUR offensive touchdowns this year against I-A competition.

We kick field goals, and return punts for touchdowns.

With all due respect, last year Miami was averaging, what, 14 pts a game when they lit us up for 47 that day? That was the longest 4 hour drive home I've ever had.

Just wanna see BG win. We've had enough problems with Miami over the years...just beat 'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it comes to betting BG Football I only recommend betting against BG when they are a favorite. Here I would bet on Miami +9. If BG wins by 9 I don't mind losing the cash. If BG wins by... say 3, I get the BG win and the cash (Hippie!). If BG loses as a 9 point favorite I get the cash to cover the bar tab needed for recovery. That's it.

It was the only good thing about the Minny game...
