Donno, he was too busy not betting on sports, not getting arrested, and bragging about being from a state with a hot governor.LakelandRocket wrote:The guy in the fight with Nick was 27, and from Columbus. Go Figure.
BTW, Lance Moore had 7 receptions yesterday. How did the Alaskan ABBA clone do?
Amazing how the rockettes get a tiny little boost and they come crawling out from under the rocks.

For cripes sake RF, build a bridge and get over it!rocketfootball wrote:Wow, I check your board every once in a while, just don't post much anymore. Factman, if you don't want me here, then have me banned. I do believe the last time I posted here before this I was telling you guys about a new football commit you received though.
Post something about UT and don't expect any comments from UT fans? It's not like I called you names or anything. I didn't even put BG down, just gave the point that this kind of stuff happens pretty much everywhere.
I must say, BG is the only college sports team's board that I have posted on and their fans called me a troll and told me to go back to my own board. What does that say about you Factman?
We're just messin' with you as we ALWAYS do. I guess we assume that one day you might actually realize it.

Attention "rocketfootball", under no circumstances should you ever use the words "band" and "Flush toilets" in the same sentence. You can talk about Mrs. Brandon before you talk about the band. Just words of wisdom, I speak from experience. Glad you are on the board and thank you for giving me some ammo to pick on Michigan fans this week.rocketfootball wrote:Wow, I check your board every once in a while, just don't post much anymore. And you were talking about Toledo. That should be kept in mind too. I didn't really say anything different than a couple of BG fans said though, so not sure why anyone got crazy over me posting.ZiggyZoomba wrote:Factman does not speak on behalf of this board.Nor does Redwingtom, nor does MACMAN...or Metz... or FalconBoy... or... well, OK, maybe Falconboy does.
You're welcome here... All Rockets fans are welcome... all fans of any description are welcome here. BUT we ARE Falcon fans... we're not Rocket fans. Just keep that in mind.

2 UT players arrested will play Saturday
But Moore, Alexandre won't start

Two University of Toledo football players who were arrested early Sunday morning outside a bar will play Saturday against Northern Illinois, the school announced Tuesday.
Senior wide receiver Nick Moore and junior defensive end Albertson Alexandre were scheduled to appear in court today, but their hearings were postponed. Moore was arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication and Alexandre was arrested for impeding official business.
The players will be held out of the starting lineup on Saturday and will face further unspecified discipline, UT coach Tom Amstutz said.
"As head coach, it is my judgment that Nick and Albertson violated team rules, and as a result will face team penalties," Amstutz said. "Both players will be held out of the starting lineup this Saturday against Northern Illinois. In addition, they both will face internal team discipline."

According to the channel 13 website, you are correct: "Coach Amstutz said today neither player will start this week against Northern Illinois, they will play, just not start."h2oville rocket wrote:Brutal, but true-neither player will appear on the kickoff team.footballguy51 wrote:So...they'll play from the second play on instead of the first?BGTIMMY wrote:2 UT players arrested will play Saturday

Way to Numnutz, be that strong disciplinarian and tough coach!!! At least our credit card kids got suspended for a WHOLE game!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
