Brandon took down his FLAG

Post by Anonymous »

Dont know if anyone knows where coach Brandon lives, but I do. He lives out on the golf course on the west side of town, right by Dan Dakich. I noticed something on Friday after all the rumors of him being out in Las Vegas. The two years that Brandon has lived on the golf course he had his BG flag outside under the front porch. It was there everyday for the last 2 years, even during snow and sleet and rain. I thought that was odd that he had it outside during the winter but he did. I went passed his house on Wednesday to wish him well in the bowl game if he was home but no one was around, but his flag was still flying high. Then I went passed on Friday, the day with the rumors, and it was down. It is still down? I know I may be reading too much into this, but even if it was torn I think he would get a new one and put it up. Am I being paranoid, or is something really going on that we are missing!!!

At this point, it's safe to say that we are getting a little to paranoid about losing our coach.

I just thought it was a little weird that he left his flag out during sleet, now and rain but it was down the 2 days he was in Vegas, and even after turning down the job, still has not put it back up.

Maybe someone that continually drives past his house stole it. A flag like that would make a NIIIICE accessory in Mobile...

If I was a coach in a small town like BG and this nasty rumor was flying around even if it wasn't true, and my house was easily identified by some flag. I might take it down. All he would need is some knuckle heads targeting his house for some stupid egging or something. Out of sight, out of mind. Not to mention reports who might show up. What do I know?

I was in BG on Saturday but I wnet to Myles and then I went straight to the hockey game. We did take the back way out to Wooster via the stadium drive after the hockey game. There was one light on on the east side offices. My wife Pam said, Brandon's probably in there packing for Vegas...

Every breath you take
Every move you make
Every bond you break
Every step you take

I'll be watching you

Every single day
Every word you say
Every game you play
Every night you stay

I'll be watching you

Oh can't you see
You belong to me
How my poor heart aches with every step you take

Every move you make
Every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake

I'll be watching you

Since you've gone I've been lost without a trace
I dream at night I can only see your face
I look around but it's you I can't replace
I feel so cold and I long for your embrace
I keep crying baby, baby please

Every move you make
Every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake

I'll be watching you

Perhaps Coach Brandon ran out of toilet paper and decided to use the next best thing, anything with the Falcon logo on it.

I was waiting for a rocket fan to say something like that. I was going to say Toledo stole it so they could wrap Grads shoulder in it since UT is too cheap to pay for a sling.
