Now there's a team that will play with heart and passion every time out! That's what makes their games so fun.daspollak wrote:I know, I am kinda anxious for women's basketball to start.CapitalFalcon wrote:I didn't know it was still football season! Don't I feel silly...

I think I saw both of these guys on Saturday.Warthog wrote:Aaron Davis?BGFootball wrote:No, he is still on the team. I am pretty sure he has been gettin some action on special teams.Warthog wrote:If I guess, will you confirm?

After Brandon Jackson, I didn't even have a guess, which makes me think it is someone who has never and probably would never contribute on the field. It says something that those types can get the boot, but not guys like Geter and Hodges.

If you guys want to see who WAS on the field on Saturday...look up the stats for the last game...they list the starters on Off. and Def. and all the other players who participated... not sure how accurate it is, but I'm assuming they wouldn't list a kid who isn't on the team anymore, though still listed on the roster.

I was working my way through last week's press notes trying to figure out which upper classmen did not have any statistics. I was looking for the "Participation Report" as I thought it was included. Guees I'll have to go back and look at the weekly game notes.

Quick review shows that Davis played in the Pitt and Minnesota games, but not since. Jackson got in against Wyoming and that was it. Wiley played last week so I wasn't checking for him in the other reports.
