Streaming Video Online?

Post by billchase2 »

I think I remember reading about this in the past on these boards... but couldn't find what I was looking for. Isn't there a place where you can pay a certain amount of money (for some reason $8 comes to mind) to watch streaming video of BGSU games online? If so, where is it at? Since this weekend's game isn't televised, a few friends and I were thinking about watching it this way, if possible.

Thanks!

Usually through the MAC website.

But it's on ESPN Gameplan (reportedly), so if your Internet provider offers it, you can watch it for free online at ESPN360.com.

Excellent, I'll look into them. Thanks for the info!

Edit: Dang, no ESPN Gameplan for Time Warner in BG...

Chase, Downtown has ESPN Gameplan. That's where we watched the Boise game!

I'm going to be watching some youth hockey at the Ice Arena, maybe the volleyball match, then watching the bball scrimmage.

so I'm sitting here at Downtown and am not happy with the bartender or the Ok. St. fans. They won't turn on the BG game because there aren't enough people here. Since both games are on Gameplan, they can only show one.

This is just pathetic.

That sucks.

Simple rule of thumb: If you want to watch BG Football leave Bowling Green. It's sad, but true.

There are no good sports bars in BG. There just aren't any places that have the technology/equipment to show all the games at once. Sadly there are not enough fans interested in the BG games for it to take precedent, even in BG.

Sad, but true story.

After calling around to other bars, we just made it to BW-3s where they are showing the game. Once our beer arrives, we'll be all set. Oops, there we go. All set.

One thing's for sure, I won't be going to Downtown for a while.
