but I'm honestly worried we will blow this lead terribly. If losing this game means GB is gone, I say lose the game...

We've blown like 3 games like this with halftime leads or 4th quarter leads.

I like the article about GB on macreportonline.com about talking down on the fans. I guess this is getting more press than he ever expected.

Interestingly, going into this half, BG's total yards is 267. TOL: -11
Only 1 first down for TOL and 17 for us.

This game is amazingly awkward.

I sure hope we weren't planning on firing Brandon with a loss today, but we're screwing up the whole next 2-3 years of our program if we were.

I just can't feel any joy over this game if we win. It's almost a negative because it gives Brandon that little edge he needs to keep his job. Plus, all a win does is make me go back and think "you know, if we hadn't been complete dickwads a week ago, we'd be going to the MAC Championship."

I get where you guys are coming from, I really do. But rooting against the Falcons and for Toledo is pretty disgusting.

Yeah it may be disgusting but it's the lesser of two evils in my eyes. I would only root against the falcons if it meant change was coming. If GB is staying no matter what, I'll root for falcons

IT's not that i'm rooting for TOL, it's that I'm hoping change for BGSU comes.

UPDATE: falcons go up 31-3 with a huge Geter run for like...60 yards?

I agree!! Geez, we FINALLY beat those guys up there and we have people rooting against the Falcons and FOR Toledo???? WTF???? I don't care what's happened this season....WE BEAT TOLEDO AT TOLEDO, DAMMIT!!!! Can't we just enjoy this win tonight?

As I was watching the 2nd half of the game, I was thinking to myself "Man, it would be great to see Cory get a touchdown on this play so he can have one, in a win, against Toledo." What does Tyler proceed to do? He threw the ball to Cory in the endzone and he caught it...Touchdown...That had to feel really good for Cory...Spart, did he say anything about it?
