Lame it may be, but it gives us [even more] bragging rights over the other confs.

Does this include tournament play, such as the Lefty McFadden? Or the Holiday Tournament in Columbus?

it may, the list I have doesnt say if the games are part of a tourney. The game in Cbus is on dec 30th, so if that falls in the tourney there, then i would say yes it includes it.

They must be selective games. Because at the Lefty McFadden this year, Miami beat Boston U and Northeastern, while Michigan lost to NE then beat Boston on Saturday. That would be a record of 2-1-0 for the CCHA just in the first weekend of the season and would not include any of the other games you are referencing. If selectivity is the case, - it's a lame series - IMHO. But what do I know.....

oooooooo ok, I see what you meant now. Rather than digging up my old posts, ill jsut explain again.

The NCAA picks out 7 games for each conf. for the entire year to count in the commissioners cup. Each conf. plays 3 home, 3 away, and 1 neutral site. Only these games count. For example, BGSU has zero input to the cup this year, b/c we dont play in any of the CCHA's 7 selected games.

The games for the CCHA were:

Ferris DEF. Bemidji St.
St. Lawrence DEF. Miami
N. Michigan TIED Michigan Tech.
Ferris DEF. UCONN

and we have these left:
ohio st. v. Collorado College (neutral site.....columbus  )
Wisconsin @ ND
Wayne St. @ UNO
