BG women playing well today. Taking care of the ball, forcing turnovers, and shooting the ball well. Pontius is shooting 3's, 4 Threes for her, stealing the ball, forcing turnovers. Pontius leads all scorers with 20 points, new career high in the first half. BG has hit 8 THREES in the first half!!

BG up by 28 at the half

Halftime: BG 54 YSU 26

AMAZING FIRST HALF

FALCONS ROLL ALONG AGAIN....94-61 final. Everyone is getting minutes and we are kicking the crap outta teams on a nightly basis. Tracy Pontius had a career high 22 points...

BG now 6-2!

Yeah, the game was pretty much a laugher in every respect. We forced 23 to's and scored off most of them. Next game gets a bit tougher in St. Bonnaventure and Hartford who just beat a top 10 Duke team. We are looking loads better than the first 2 games to start the season but we still need to cut down on the to's and do a better job of holding teams to lower FG%.

Well, the view from down on the floor was pretty nice. It's been a while, I've forgotten how fun it is to see a game from down there.

Anyway, the attendance reeked, but I'm sure the blizzarding conditions had something to do with that. BG opened the game on a 14-2 run and YSU was never in the game. The shots just kept falling in the first half, we never really started working inside until the 2nd half, didn't need to.

6 in a row!
