I's and T's... hmmm... rules Urban Meyer out.

Former MAC Commish Jerry Ippolitti? Seems like a random pick...

Interesting stupid fact of the day... BG hasn't had a head football coach with both an I and a T in his name since Robert Whittaker in 1954.

A song is coming to mind. I wonder if we'll have a lot of singers here.

The folks in the Homeland Security Office may be interested in members of our Athletic Department the way they have kept this process under wraps.

I'm thinking Sunday afternoon around 4:00 pm. Something to get people out to the doubleheader. What better way after a womens victory (Go Ladies!) and before Coach Orr and squad take the court for a victory to announce our new football coach! After all, we've got to do something for two hours after the womens game and before the mens game.

Or announce it at the 12:00 minute media timeout instead of one of the usual marketing games.

Thy should send a plume of white smoke from the stacks accross the street fro the Admin building.

(for you non-catholics, that's how he college of Caridnals announces the selection of a new Pope.....they don't use the smokestacks on Thurstin, they use the ones in the Vatican...wouldn't it be weird if the Vatican was on Thurstin? If you think traffic is bad now...midnight mass on Christmas eve would be a disaster)

All signs are pointing toward Dave Clawson as our next football coach! Some other candidates have been told they are not it!

If hired, could we get him to change his name from CLAWson to something a little more Raptor like? Maybe Dave Talonson.

I hope you're right factman. Of the candidates whose names have been thrown around I liked this guy the best by far.

C'mon coach Clawson, come to BG!
