Coaching Changes, waiting for the cycle to start
My favorite part about the coaching carousel is watching as teams pluck other head coaches and watching the ripple effect. So far not one head coach from last year has been tabbed to coach another team. But we still have the biggest school out there looking for a new coach in Auburn. Auburn is going to probably pluck someone from a middle level school who will then pluck someone from a lower level school etc etc. Iowa states coach has recently been mentioned. What we could see is someone nabbing Iowa States coach and then Iowa State grabbing Hoke or Gill leaving both teams looking for a coach after many of the others have been picked over. I just think its really interesting that no coach has moved from one starting head coach job to another. The biggest jobs so far were Washington and Tennessee and both went to big name assistants.

I can't argue with that. Many of us feel he is a better OC than HC. He'll land on his feet and do a great job. I wish him all the best. Even though he left the way he did it was still WAY more honorable than his predecessor.tekekini wrote:Greg Brandon is going to Ohio State as a full offensive coordinator.
He sucks at head coaching...give him a OC job. He will do wonders with Mr. Pryor.
If JT breaks down and finally gets one...Brandon is the guy I want.
