Didn't make the trip to BG today.

We had 25 assists and shot 55% from the field! The offense must have been well oiled.

Knight scored 13. Hopefully, he's back for good.

Polk had 3 blocks.

PT was well distributed. LOVE to see that.

Nice win over a pretty athletic Towson State team. Villanova "only" beat them by 17 so not a bad victory. Horrible crowd, I guess, because of the frigid weather. I don't know. Had my 3 kids (all 5 and under) there at the game. Nice to see Clements stepping up with 18 points after 0-3 shooting the other night.

We might actually be the top team in the MAC come March. I honestly believe that.

Glad we won. I didn't make it :(

Ended up working until late at our Monroe office, by the time I got back to BG it would have been nearly halftime and I didn't feel like walking through the cold to see only half of the game.

On my drive home I couldn't find the game anywhere on the radio either. That sucks.

I didn't make it either... holy cow... and they still played the game without you OR me being there?!?!? What is up with THAT?!? I wonder when the last time we both missed the same game was? Has to have been a few years at least...

I stayed home with my girls and listened to the Internet stream. Not sure what's up with the radio deal, but I'll check with Cal and see if he has any more info.

Looked like a good win on the high lights this AM. Lots of breaks and dunks!

I plan on being there Sunday. :-)

You're right, it has been awhile since we both missed the same game...wow.

Breaks and Dunks? *groan* leave it to us to miss an exciting game! I made it to the snoozefest last Sunday when the only thing good about the entire game was the score.

I plan to be there Sunday too...and work shouldn't be an issue on a Sunday. Hopefully the game is at the same time as the Browns so I won't be tempted to watch them play.

That "snoozefest" was because we put the clamps on Detroit defensively. You guys would love the "snoozefest" in football if our defense could do that, heh? We may have to rely on our defense if Larson keeps getting more minutes than Marschall and Knight.

Are you trying to say that because we played well on defense we didn't have to play any conceivable sort of offense?? The game was extremely boring to watch. Defensively the game was very good, however the offense was quite poor and it made for some very boring basketball.
Yeah right girl!

The MAC looks like it's up for grabs. If BG can get it together going into January, I think all bets are off. Should be a fun conference tournament this year.

Here are my two thoughts on this game...

1. For the first time all year, when an opposing team went into a zone on defense, we finally looked like we knew what to do. We made crisp passes, worked the ball into the middle of the zone, and then either drove or kicked it out for a jumper.

2. I didn't see Austin Calhoun anywhere. He usually sits down at the end of the bench with Darion Goins and Adrion Graves. Does anyone know any updates on Austin and where he was last night?
