Kelly just signed with the Dayton Bombers, after
being out of hockey since the '03-'04 season.

Maybe....Alex Foster is currently with the Toronto Marlies - one step away from the Leafs.

Kevin Bieksa

Post by Falcon Frenzy »

I am a huge Vancouver Canucks fan and Kevin Bieksa is doing really well for them. I have seen a few interviews with him and he has frequently talked about his time at BG.

I listen to the weekly CCHA radio show and the December 16 edition interviews Kevin Bieksa. It's a great weekly show to listen to if you are a college hockey fan.

NHL 09

Post by cph2133 »

I just got NHL 09 for christmas. I was messing around playing the "Be a Pro" mode (you create a player, start in the AHL and move up depending on how well yo play) anyhow, i was playing the Providence Bruins and low and behold, Jordan Sigalett shut me out...so i started looking around and found the following BG players in there...Matsumoto, Foster, both Sigalets, anyone else I'm missing?

They also have a feature where you can start as any individual player in the AHL and work you way up. Pretty cool if you want to check that out. Worth a rental if you aren't big into hockey games, but definately worth a purchase if you like sports games..

Foster did play a few games for the Leafs last year on call up. He only played a few minutes on the fourth line each game but it's still pretty cool so see him in the NHL. He also managed to get steamrolled by Anton Volchenkov, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erLSKI5sBUo . :boggle:
