They are side by side in an alphabetical list. I bet it was just a case of "fat fingers".Class of 61 wrote:Hard to believe we'd list this kid if he hadn't yet signed...did someone from ESPN get BYU and BGSU confused?vwfalcon wrote:something doesn't add up here... somebody has some false information, question is who? BYU's site doesn't include Davis or anyone else from the State of Bowling Green in their list of signees. It's hard to believe, but ESPN may have made a mistake.Class of 61 wrote:Hard to believe we'd list this kid if he hadn't yet signed...did someone from ESPN get BYU and BGSU confused?vwfalcon wrote:something doesn't add up here... somebody has some false information, question is who? "Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Pettigrew is the real deal...bank on that. He has the 8th highest rushing total in Ohio HS history with over 6300 career yards. Not that big but a strong kid. His sister, Jeanette, signed her LOI today to run track for BG.ffejfalcon wrote:Anyone ever see this RB kid Pettigrew play? PD offensive player of the year! HUGE numbers last year!!!
I think Pettigrew will get a chance to play right away.
