Hard to believe we'd list this kid if he hadn't yet signed...did someone from ESPN get BYU and BGSU confused?
They are side by side in an alphabetical list. I bet it was just a case of "fat fingers".

BYU's site doesn't include Davis or anyone else from the State of Bowling Green in their list of signees. It's hard to believe, but ESPN may have made a mistake.

Hopefully there is a lot of character in this class, not just playing ability. These guys need to keep the grades up and stay out of the blotter.

WHAT HE SAID!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Pettigrew is the real deal...bank on that. He has the 8th highest rushing total in Ohio HS history with over 6300 career yards. Not that big but a strong kid. His sister, Jeanette, signed her LOI today to run track for BG.

I think Pettigrew will get a chance to play right away.
