CMU coach being sued

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

Sexual orientation is a protected class, as well as age. I know you were kidding, but you would definitely have a case if you were a douche and felt like suing your interviewer.tiznow wrote:I don't think sexuality is a protected class. I could be wrong. I just had a job interview, where I was told I was too old. Maybe I should sue.
As far as it's applied in this case, I don't know how you can prove why she lost her scholarship. This issue overall is a big deal in a lot of college locker rooms in women's basketball.
Roll Along!
Your right. At first I thought that a straight person was not a protected class in this situation. Maybe she was not a D-1 player, like Coach Orr informed Dusan.Jacobs4Heisman wrote:Sexual orientation is a protected class, as well as age.
