I was at that game wearing a Boston College hatFalconKing wrote:Two bad TU-PU stunk that up by laying that egg against BC at the Motor City Brawl a couple years back. I actually went to that game in support of the MAC and was embarassed that they were associated with our conference!
I'll be headed to this year's Motor City Bowl fresh off a return from Mobile and will have on a GMAC Bowl Champions shirt.

Something fun to root for this year:
I was listening to the Dan Patrick Show and I heard a commercial about the trophy they give out to the conference who wins the most bowls this year. I think we have a great chance in doing so, especially with several conferences missing bids this year. I believe the ACC has won the last two years.

That would be a real shocker to the rest of the country, not to mention its sure to piss of a few of them. I'll bet ya there's some rule that says it's "for BCS teams only".CincyFalcon wrote:Something fun to root for this year:

Awww, thats nice of you. Usually when a team gets beat, they don't buy the opposing teams bowl champions shirt and wear it around.Dayons_Den wrote:I was at that game wearing a Boston College hatFalconKing wrote:Two bad TU-PU stunk that up by laying that egg against BC at the Motor City Brawl a couple years back. Well, if you were that confident you could make a bet with him that whoever loses needs to wear the opposing sides shirt for all of the following years home games.UofMTigers1 wrote:

What a blunder....
Looking on Mobile news websites I saw where some Mobile officials "assumed" that BG's team color was Green. Yikes, that is really going to make some fans angry. I hope they get the signage on the field and in the parade corrected.
...and I hope they get your colors right on our Bowl Champ shirts.
...kidding aside, you guys have a cool logo
