Third batch is in the fermenter

I just brewed a batch of Bavarian Weizen Bier with an activator pack of 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen Yeast on Sunday. The airlock was going off like a falcon (rocket is no longer in my vocabulary) this morning. Can't wait to see how this comes out.

The fermenting closet smells like a loaf of bannana bread is tucked away in there. My wife actually said it smells good. This Weizen Bier and Mead should be ready at about the same time. Should make for a busy bottling session.
