Guys, Am I wrong, or wasn't Ben a "REDSHIRT" Jr., which means he HAD 4yrs of college, even though he only played three?
I'd think this would have an impact experience and maturity wise, not to mention being drafted by a very strong team, where the pressure ISN"T on the QB to be the total driving force.

Education our Challenge, Excellence our goal. (look it up)
Your right, about Ben and I agree about Omar. I think he received bad advice. I think Omar saw Cole, Charles, PJ among others that were not going to be around for his senior year.Class of 61 wrote:Guys, Am I wrong, or wasn't Ben a "REDSHIRT" Jr., which means he HAD 4yrs of college, even though he only played three?

The Steelers gave Omar every opportunity to make the team. He looked lost on the field. He never grasped the playbook.
