Fogarty's frustration

Post by bgbill »

Adrian hardly earning respect
Bulldogs have gone 21-1-1, but they aren't ranked in Division III's first West Region poll.

It reminds me of the problems WE had getting respect back in the early 70's.

Does Nick Bailen have a brother playing at Adrian?

Yes that is Nick's brother on the Adrian team. He was here for several of our earlier games, since he had injured his shoulder and couldn't play.
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

They will get fuckered again this year. This is why polls and voting
have NO PLACE in sport.

I normally don't like seeing people cuss openly on this site, but I have to say that I absolutely love that word. I've never read or heard it before.

As for Adrian, that absolutely stinks. Ron is a great person, and I really miss talking to him. Its great that he is having such success up North, but as others have said, I really, really wish he was still on the BG bench right now...
