The starting pitcher for the Cardinals today was a preseason first team All Big East pick. We actually got to him for 4 runs in 5 innings but we could not hold the lead.

Looks like there taking there lumps now. They'll be a better team twords the end of the season and hopefully tournament time. A coach once told me you play a schedule like BGs this year so you "s**t your pants at the beginning of the season so you don't at the end"!
BG hung with this ranked Louisville team for almost 7 innings. I look at that as a possative. Now they have to build on it.

15-6 or 16-5? The official site has 16-5...not that there's any real difference there.

Last time I checked, BG was leading Louisville today 3-2? Anyone confirm that's a final?
