So then outside shooting, jump shots and drives to the basket were not going well. That doesn't leave you with too much.
Lo's Aunt was behind me and she said it was the ugliest game she had seen since her 5th grade.
Foul shots were interesting. IJen Uhl missed some foul shots but she rebounded the crap out of the ball.
It wasn't lack of focus- they overpassed at the beginning of the game- and then they got tight when nothing was working. Bodies were flying- effort was there...results were not.
Last trip to Miami BB ever. What a horrible horrible game.
ODD- they had a PEP band, who rarely played as they had a bunch of the hated canned music. Why were they even there? PLus they weren't very good. Our rows said they needed a good bass guitar player!!!!!!!
Sorry about that, Coach Roos said in the postgame it was the worse game she had been involved in in 16 years. My dad made the short trip up to Oxford from Cincy and I feel sorry for him as well, just sounded like a terrible game.
I had a feeling that they were going to lose one here down the stretch. Our ladies had been walking a fine line where its seemed as though every one of their games the past few weeks was going to overtime only for us to sqeak out a win. It finally caught up to us. I'm just glad this happened now and not in the MAC Tourney...
Sure it sux...I was just saying how close we came to losing at NIU, WMU and UB.
