Because we all know the media are perfectly fair and level headed when it comes to running stories.
TG I didn't say that either.. I do consider most of the media to be fair - but we all know about the alleged bias that exists.
I am only saying that rushing to air or print something that is stated on a web site can only cause problems down the road when it comes to accountability and accuracy.
As for "us" always be fair and accurate - no body's perfect, but where I work we strive to be

hmmm... maybe I shoulda added a few more 's... *shrug*
I'm just to the point now where I'm good at what I do, and it gives me a paycheck. Everything else gets to be a joke after awhile.
