OCSN: Lunch with Coach Brandon . . . UPDATES!!!

Post by OptionQB »

-Winovich now being looked at as a tight end giving more athleticism to the position and "showing up on special teams . . ."

-Corey Partridge is a DEFENSIVE BACK and "must have the ball in his hands," also mentions his knack for returning kicks.

Good comments about the RBs, WRs and AT too . . .

"Obviously, there's a concern because we haven't practiced in any heat so far and I am sure this isn't the kind of weather we will see in Normal, Oklahoma. I'd like to think I can control the weather, but I can't so you just have to work with what you get."

I'm just hoping they go to the right place for the game.

That very well could have been a typo from the OCSN/techie staff and not what Coach Brandon actually said . . . I was hoping that part went un-noticed.

Weren't we the "Normals" at one time?

I think Brandon was paying homage to the BG Normals or it was a Freudian slip. :D

I just love that nickame.

Go Normals... I mean Falcons!!![/quote]

FWIW, that typo had been corrected by the time I looked at the article.
