Softball with a BiG home opening weekend...

The Falcons will host Purdue tomorrow for two games. BG is currently 4-13 but one of the wins is over Purdue at the Buzz Classic in Atlanta earlier this month.
BG and Purdue are tied 2-2 in the all time series. Also, Dr. Lee and Marge Meserve will throw out a ceremonial first pitch in the home opener, the first game at the newly renamed Meserve Softball Field.

Then, Sat and Sun the Falcons host the school up north to start MAC play. ut is currently 1-17 and on a 10 game losing streak. BG has won 7 straight over ut and are 21-2 vs ut since 2000. BG leads the all time series 54-33. :-D :D :twisted: Yeah, I love beating ut in anything and everything.
