"About 10 hours into the trip, the Ice Hawks stopped at Bowling Green. They received a campus tour and practiced on campus.

"It was cool to practice in a Division I rink," Fatis said. "It was also a very nice campus; it kind of reminded me of Mankato."

The Bowling Green visit was set up by Fatis' friend Todd McIlrath, who plays for the Falcons."


I wonder what they thought of all the SAVE BGSU HOCKEY signs.
