Additional spring game info

Post by ZiggyZoomba »

Some neat ideas in here:

Don't miss your first chance to see new Head Coach Dave Clawson and the 2009 BGSU Football team in action, as they hold their annual Spring Game this Saturday, April 25. Kickoff is set for 2:30pm at The Doyt, and admission is FREE.

This year's game will follow the standard timing format in the 1st Half, a running clock in the 2nd Half, and will feature a special offensive vs. defensive scoring system (details available on game day roster handouts). There will also be special fan-interactive elements throughout, as fans in attendance will be selected pre-game to fill the roles of Honorary Coin Toss Kid, Honorary Tee Kid and 3rd Quarter Guest Sideline Coach.

Haha, yeah if only they hadn't scheduled the spring game on the same day as the biggest holiday of the year!

I find it somewhat amusing that BG always has had GREAT weather for spring games. Then last year we decide to have a golf outing and it's cold and rainy all damn day. This year we don't plan to golf and again it's supposed to be great weather. Just our luck.

Maybe they're trying to keep it a secret to keep the weather nice. Pull the old bait-and-switch on God
