Two reasons this matters to us:
1. Less available ice in the area makes the BGSU Ice Arena MORE valuable and helps justify the addition of a second sheet of ice here.
2. There might be some 'lightly used' fixtures (compressors, boards, glass) that could be bought cheap.

I got wind that the mechanicals of Claus have been sold to a Findlay group for 200k.
The group will be converting the old roller rink to a rink (which is all out near the rec center) and upon its completion turn the keys over to the county, giving Findlay two rinks. The whole project I heard is costing between 1million and 1.5.
