Chris Knight
I heard a rumor Chris Knight is suspended (AGAIN) for the first half of the season for something to do with marijuana...anyone confirm or deny this?

Screw it. It should be legalized anyway.

The BG News has learned Knight has violated team rules, but there is no punishment set yet.

The fact of the matter is it isn't, it's a banned substance, and if he was using he was breaking team rules, therefore punishment is warranted.BleedOrange wrote:speakdatruth wrote:I heard a rumor Chris Knight is suspended (AGAIN) for the first half of the season for something to do with marijuana...anyone confirm or deny this?

Just pointing out the irrelevance of your "argument". I don't necessarily disagree with legalization but I found your comment to be about as stupid as Knight was for taking the risk. Rationalizing doesn't make it right.BleedOrange wrote:Oh. Right. I agree 110% it should be legalized. Booze and smokes do so much more damage and yet they are legal.
Think of the taxes the govt could bring in by legalizing it. People will always want to get high...just like people will always want to get drunk.

Just goes to prove that good things rarely ever come during the off season around here. The Hoops/Hockey/Women's Hoops forums seem to only be active when the s**t is hitting the fan.
Shockingly, the only forum that has produced any good news lately is the hockey forum. Go figure, eh?

Mike, (and BO too),
Amazingly enough, there are SOME people who don't care to get drunk...or high...as to smokes and booze doing "more" damage, could it be BECAUSE they ARE legal?
