Ahhh, The Chicago Show....not ranked as one of my favorite shows, when I did it in 1989.. ONLY because, my "memory" of the snare parts was, lets say...NOT VERY GOOD  ALTHOUGH in my defense, and LOTS of practicing with a tape of the SING, SING, SING & Caravan show the next game , I redeemed myself :) Oh the days, the games, the drills, the practicing, the stretching, and who could forget " I'm a little teapot" Anybody know what the Alumni Band is doing for Homecoming, and what do I need to play, Snare, Bass Drum....(Dont do quads etc)....Looking FORWARD FALCONS to Homecoming!!

Just so you can get excited, here's a preview of the shows. Titles will come later, but I want you to be hanging on the edge of your seats in anticipation of exact titles just a slight bit longer :snakeman:

Chicago, and Motown are always good for marching band. One hit wonders could be any number of songs. Still, it has me intrigued. Since I doubt Marching Metal is refering to something like Stomp, scares me.

Those sound like some good shows. Marching Metal scares me a bit as well. What do the numbers look like this year? How many in "How" rank?

isn't it "Howe" rank? I know it's pronounced 'how' but I always thought it was spelled with an 'e'.

That could be. The year I marched we put "How?" on the back of our shirts so that's what I went with.

There are 13 members (that's after cutting a couple) of Howe rank this year. Cassie is marching the pizz out of them too. Makes me proud.

I belive Mr. Hayward said the final tally this year was 243. DAMN! It was impressive seeing that many bodies sitting in the Weger section at the freshman convo this year.

Heavy Metal show is comprised of:

Paranoid
Welcome to the Jungle
(and the piece de resistance) Through the Fire and Flames

Goofy, you need to get your AZZ to BG before I ship out!

Edit: Goofy, extra incentive: Chicos now has 12 draughts, one is bud light, the rest are ALL micro brews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did they change their name again? It started as Reverend Chico's and then when I left last spring, it was Reverend's.

243? Holy cow, that's awesome! Looking forward to hearing that giant wall of sound this season, especially with Through the Fire and Flames.
