Wow....WAY TO GO BG!! The Falcon Nest Sports Den was littered with Beer bottles, chip bags, napkins and footballs as we watched our Falcons roll to another victory. What an awesome way to end the season! Omar is gonna be the best QB this conference has ever seen....EVER. PJ Pope went over 1,000 yards again and is only about 700-800 yards away from the career rushing record held by Dave Preston. Cole Magner needed 74 catches coming into the season to break Robert Redd's career reception mark...he finished with 77!!! Cole, We're gonna miss you big time!!!
The O line played a great game....couple of blitzes got to Omar but other than that, 365 passing yards and almost 200 yards rushing.

The defense kicked total ass in the 2nd half....totally dominated the Memphis O. Once Williams left the game, you could see the Tigers were kinda helpless. Memphis is a solid team and should be proud of their season.

Shaun Suisham made 69 of 69 PAT's this year and went 14-20 on FG's. Gonna miss you Shaun and your girlfriend too!

Erin is one beautiful girl. We'll miss all the SR's big time....Jovon Burkes ended his career leading BG with 11 tackles...what a leader and team player he is. Keon Newson got one last INT. Best of luck with your Pro Bass dreams Keon!

Finally, congrats to Coach Brandon and the staff. After getting outcoached in the 2nd half against the Rockets, this staff made great adjustments at halftime to turn a close game into a rout. The image that made me smile more than any, was Coach Brandon and Coach Beckman giving each other a hug with about 2 minutes left...the smiles said it all!!

My only regret was not being able to go...but that's ok. I had a GREAT time with my family watching from Akron and we WILL be at the bowl next yr. Maybe even the Wisky game as well as every other game but Boise State.

dude, you made the right choice by staying home. Yes, it was a great time down there, but the trip back would have been really rough all the way back to NE Ohio.

Monica and I were thinking of you, and many people asked about you as well. We yelled and drank enough beer for all of the FalconFreaks (beer for you & Mrs Freak, yelling for the Frealkings). Your spirit was with all of us (Dennis, Joyce, Ed & Michelle & others I am sure).
