Snake on TV
Anyone else catch when they showed a clip of Snake Man in the second half last night. One of the two made a comment along the lines of 'now look at that, that's Northwest Ohio for ya Kind of comical, yet kind of offending at the same time...

I believe the quote was actually, along th elines of, "That's how beards look in Southeast Ohio" I found it rather odd considering we're in the NW part of the staterc_ziggy84 wrote:Anyone else catch when they showed a clip of Snake Man in the second half last night. I caught that comment too and wondered about it. Looking back, maybe they were looking at the beard and referring to the fact that SE Ohio is close to West "By God" Virginia and hillbilly country. Seeings as my dad was from West By God and most of his family was from there or SE Ohio, I kind of recognize a "hillbilly" when I see one

Mark Jones actually said "that's somebody from Southwest Ohio..." and Bob Davie quickly corrected that to Northwest Ohio. I figured Davie was a geography major when he changed Kory Lichtensteiger's name to Kory Liechtenstein.
I was really surprised the Snakeman still had his shirt on at that point of the game.

He gets tickets from the players and I can pretty much guarantee the transporation part is not free. If it was, he wouldn't have passed our busses in his truck on the way home...bgmaggot00 wrote:Anyway, I believe that he gets free tickets from the coaches, and transportation from the Falcon Club.

Anyone see my on TV with the Tiger hanging from my trumpet by a noose? Someone said their mom told them we were on TV but I wanted to know if anyone else saw it...

I almost got a picture of the Snakeman talking with Sidney in the tailgate tent, but as soon as I got my camera out the angle went away. That would have been a funny one to post.
I did have to correct my parents though...they said they saw the FalconFreak on TV at the game and I told them that was impossible. Somehow they had mixed up names and though the Snakeman was the Freak. They stand duly corrected now.
