I made the trip, and actually had a pretty good experience... Most of the fans were pretty nice, welcomed us and wished us luck. Overall, not the worst bunch of fans I've ever seen. The student section chant was classless, though. Made themselves out to be a bunch of homophobic rednecks. And with a player down, too....

Now I'm curious but not sure if I actually want to know what they were chanting.

To the university's credit, they sent four state troopers from our end of the field directly down to the student section to shut them up. I saw the game official walk over to get them and walk down with them.
