This evening's Scrimmage?

Post by hammb »

Who all is heading out there this evening? Anyone planning on doing any amount of tailgating beforehand?

I think I'm gonna head up, just wondering if I should go up a little early, or if I'll be sitting by myself up there.

The original plan was to go up around 6 and drink a little bit. But once my friends found that the game was not in the stadium, most of them bailed. I convinced 2 or 3 to still go, but won't be tailgating. Plus, I don't know who any of you are. Where do you guys/ladies usually meet? I'd love to introduce myself to the gang. Hopefully see you there tonite.

My son and I will be there. Little disappointed (like the spring game) that it isn't actually in the stadium. Should I bring lawn chairs to sit in or does everybody just stand around the field?

I was going to post some pictures after the game but I doubt I will even get out there now. Injuries suck... :?

Warthog, it was great to meet you and your son!! Be sure and join us at the usual tailgate area for the home games!!

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Thanks Fanatic, nice meeting you and BGFan as well. We will try to make it over before some of the games. Looking forward to it.
