Less than 500 tickets remaining for Boise State game
As of Monday afternoon there were fewer than 500 tickets remaining for the BG-Boise State game. Let's hope the weather is good now.

Re: Less than 500 tickets remaining for Boise State game
Hmm by Tuesday of the #12 NIU / ESPN Gameday week we had already sold out Perry Stadium. . . with the North endzone bleachers.
This will no doubt be a sellout but it is crazy that it hasn't sold out already!
Hopefully the students show up even if we get a little precip. Looking back at the archives for the NIU game we expected 5,000 students for that game but there were more than that for the Troy opener. . . .

I think the students will show even if it's raining a little. One thing about Saturday night games, it gives students plenty of time to "get ready." I just hope students are picking tickets up.

If by "get ready" you mean

If by "get ready" you meanthen you are correct. Something tells me Im going to have to do a lot of getting ready for this one
I'm not surprised that this game is not quite the hot ticket of that GameDay game. Remember that we were also ranked that day...plus the hype of GameDay being here. Still, this game will sell out and it's gonna be an awesome crowd.

Re: Less than 500 tickets remaining for Boise State game
Just placed my order for two online. It appears all the regular bleachers are gone and pretty much everything on the West side. I got 2 in Section 14, Row 42 on the East side.hammb wrote:I'm gonna be so effing ready!BgWaRrIoR wrote:Falcon137 wrote:I think the students will show even if it's raining a little. The Fiancee doesn't have to work on Saturday as was originally expected...this moves my arrival time from about 4:30 up to 3:00!!!!! An extra NINETY minutes to get "ready!"

Here is a tweet from BGSU
bgsu-Only 2,500 student tickets left for Boise State Game. Must pick up ticket prior to game. Available at info. desk in student union.
That seems like A LOT of tickets with only a few days remaining.

I think a lot of students still don't realize that you need a ticket to get in....i've been telling people all week that had just planned on going to the game and using their IDFalcon137 wrote:Here is a tweet from BGSU

Re: Less than 500 tickets remaining for Boise State game
NIU in 2003 wqas a way bigger deal. We were ranked, it was a bit later in the year and it was a key conference game. People were pointing to the NIU game well before Gameday got involved because we had owed NIU a SERIOUS ass whuppin' for laying the first loss of the 2002 season on us over in Dekalb. I'm not saying we don't owe the Broncos an "L" for last year and 2005, but I don't sense the hatred for Boise State that we had back then for NIU.
BG/NIU/UT was a great three way rivalry back in the early 2000's. We don't have anyting like that here in the east.

It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
Re: Less than 500 tickets remaining for Boise State game
If you give a couple OU coeds a hemp necklace and some patchouli, you can probably swing the three-way, but yeah, it's not much of a rivalry.Flipper wrote:BG/NIU/UT was a great three way rivalry back in the early 2000's. We don't have anyting like that here in the east.

My guess would be the 3 student sections; roughly 5,000. Someone correct me if that is wrong.BGSUfalcons wrote:How many were available?Falcon137 wrote:Here is a tweet from BGSU
