New 'tagline' needed

Post by Freddie »

The history is there...follow as the tradition returns!

While this is still true, I suggest it's time to retire this line.
Any suggestions?

Why would I retire that line? Give me a reason it's not good anymore before suggesting I change it.

1. It's older than most anything on the site, time to freshen up
2. It reminds me of the high hopes we all had when SP was hired, why saddle Willy with any unnecessary Pooch-like baggage
3. We need to quit living in the past, forge a NEW winning tradition
4. I just like to stir the pot, and see who's paying attention

It's actually the same age as all the rest... not sure why it's more of a tagline than the others though. *shrug*

Come up with something better and we'll see. You can always do a poll on here once you get a few suggestions.

Consider the pot stirred. ;-)

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
