If anyone's up for it, I'd like to, but I'm not sure yet if it'll work out.

We will be starting around five thirty or six. We can't afford much in the way of breakfast food having spent everything on the days cooking supplies (twenty dollars worth of charcoal sheesh). However, if you would like to come out early on with some breakfast stuff we could always share cooking surfaces and food and whatever.

Grant, I'll have a couple big bags of hops waiting for you too.

We'll see what I end up doing. Unfortunately, when it comes to grilling surfaces, I have very little. All I have is about a 14" Weber grill. I may ask another friend of mine to bring his grill (or even if I can borrow it).

Brian, I've got a few rocoto peppers I'd like to make ABT's out of... or maybe just BT's (not sure about the bacon). They're pretty famous for their stuffed pepper properties in Central and S. America (rocoto relleno). http://images.google.com/images?q=rocoto+relleno" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; but they're rarely grown around here.

Should I stuff a few myself and then "borrow" your grill? Or will you have extra "stuff" available?
Man you're more than welcome to borrow some grill space. And if you want to stuff 'em with the same mixture I used I actually did have some left in my fridge. Maybe a 1/2 cup or so of filling? Like I said it was just pureed/minced fresh garlic, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and some BBQ rub. If you want me to bring it with me lemme know and I'll throw it in the cooler.

At this point I'm thinking more of a brunch than a breakfast. I'll probably head out around 1:00 and hang out until the game. About to head to the store to get some supplies.

People in Shiner, TX don't drink Shiner...

Lone Star is worse.

St. Arnold (made in Houston) is better if you can find it.

So, how many bhut jolokias (ghost chiles) should I bring to the tailgate???

Don't ask for one if you're not going to eat it... ;-)

I'll be tailgating with you in spirit! I got some Takoyaki, Yakitori and Okonomiyaki to grill up before the game kicks off at 8am bahaha! There's also a beer vending machine right next to the computers!
