Doyt Perry Stadium is designed so that 5 mph winds feel like 25 mph winds.

I know you're going for the fact The Big House holdes over 100K fans, but having attended a few games there and a few other Big 10 and SEC stadiums that Michigan Stadium is the quietest collection of 100,000 you'll ever find.
East Lansing is by far the loudest stadium I've ever been in, and I've been to a few OSU/Michigan games.

Haven't been in any of the Big Ten stadiums, let alone The Big House, but I can definitely vouch for the loudness of the SEC crowds at Neyland Stadium. It's pretty much insane how loud that place can get.
