That, unfortunately, has to be a record.
However, the Doyt looked perhaps the best it has ever looked tonight. Let's win some games and sell-out for CMU!

Re: 43 Points in Less Than 17 Minutes of Playing Time
I really felt for the defense...they played very well in the 1st quarter, and then once the offense crapped out, they got worn down and Boise's talent took over. I'm bummed, wished it would be closer but Boise may very well end up in the top 5 when the polls are out. I hope the mistakes are corrected and the offense can get going with the MAC schedule starting up.

Let me add that the Doyt looked and SOUNDED great tonight, at the start of the game and at halftime! Loved the high school bands playing with the FMB!!! Awesome!
Now I saw something that really upset me towards the end of the game. Right in front of where I was sitting, I noticed a few of our 1st string wide receivers with their helmets off, smiling and joking around. They were slapping hands, hugging people, just generally having a jolly old time. WE WERE GETTING SLAPPED AROUND 49-14!!!!!! Why in the world would they be so happy? One of the guys dropped at least 3 catchable balls thrown to him! What the hell is he laughing about?
Not pleased about their apparent happiness with the defeat.... Have some pride guys! At least maybe they could have been rooting for their teammates on the field...... I'm going to e-mail Coach Clawson the specifics of exactly what and who I saw.....

I got the chance to be on the field with the FMB when I was in high school. It was way cool to see it from the stands! Western Reserve High '85 Baby!

I was watching the feed online and I could hear the Doyt roaring those first few drives when there were all those false starts.
6500 miles couldn't stop me from cheering on my Falcons!

as a former athlete, honestly it is easier to get over a blowout loss then a heartbreaking one. when you are getting blown out it is easy to just chalk it up and say, "just one of those days" and then u move on the next day.

Ditto Moneymaker, Bsu has been involved in a couple of blowouts over the years and is never a lot of fun ( IE UGA) but at some point you have to shrug your shoulders and take your lumps enjoy whats left of the festivities and regroup.Don't be too hard on the guys. They all played well and will come back from this and kick some MAC butts down the road, Guarantee it! Thanks for the Games, I had a great time and respect what your program is doing. Good Luck with winning the MAC!
